Our Activities
We believe our work must
start with an unbiased understanding and courageous acknowledgment of
the truth of the Asia-Pacific War. To that end, Global Alliance for
Preserving the History of WW II in Asia
- espouses the
study, research, and dissemination of the historical truth by all
like-minded individuals and institutions worldwide
- initiates and coordinates worldwide responses to
misinformation, distortion and denial of war atrocities committed by
the Japanese Imperial Forces
- supports efforts related to the redress movement of
the survivors and victims of Japanese Asia-Pacific War atrocities
- coordinates joint projects and activities related to
our mission among our member organizations
- communicates our goals and activities through an
official web site, electronic mail and newsletters
- convenes conferences on goal-related and
mission-relevant subjects of importance
